Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Rental & Used Sales Manager. The Rental & Used Sales Manager will be responsible for creating the day-to-day operations of the rental and used sales department. This includes overseeing inventory, implementing sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in rental and used equipment sales
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and make strategic decisions
• Experience in the construction or equipment rental industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
